If the soil in good condition (no cracks or) bad spots can lift the carpet and painting the floors.

You can paint the cement, but want to go to seal, too. Cement is very porous, so it is not waterproof, permanent stain.

You can save to your local hardware and to seal or paint can be used to paint on floors. Enter intended for internal use, such as the color for the concrete floor is installed outdoors is completely different. You can recommend a good price for your area, such as brands vary by location.

They seem to have a fun project in the hands

Best of luck.

You can find many different ideas for finishing concrete floors - as it has become very popular for homes and businesses - ideas that I like or hgtv.com diy.com, then go to Home Depot and Lowes, or supplies. There are paints, stains and waxes can be used in order to create a different look .. professional execution is $ 25 or more and the time to research the work and work your way free!
