They learn to live with it. You can try a sample of grape seeds to support the motion. Always wear socks in the winter and my hands to wellllllllllllllllllllllll is another story. You must learn to live with his warm hands and feet with hot water, if they really cold and uncomfortable. I often swim in a tub with warm water before going to sleep at my feet when I bake under the covers to help.

It's terrible, and those who do not, can not understand it, how to deal with it. I shoot a bad case of it - not even in the freezer without my fingers white and have extreme pain to them.

Upon leaving, I had my gloves in the dryer for 10 minutes. to ensure that they are good and hot. I wear socks in winter boots with fur boots. I can not dig out of snow and min of exposure to elements of more than 10. cause frostbite. When you return from abroad, I have to run your hands with warm water to get the motion again.

What goes into the freezer for food must be either a bag of food to deal with the bar or wear gloves with the situation type. As how it affects my daily life - in winter, the negative effects, other stations are not so bad, but be careful I am still on it, just business, and when I am cool lunch box.

There is no cure or treatment of these, it's just somethingI g case.
