X Kq F Electrostatic Force Problem, Need Help Badly!?

Electrostatic Force Problem, need help badly!? - x kq f

The question is:
In a first model for the nucleus of the atom charge q surrounded by a circular ring of radius r = a negative charge-Q. Find the magnitude of the force of the nuclear charge, if it moves the distance x = a times the square root of 2 on the X axis also distribute this violence and restore the database from the center of the ring, or undetermined.

So I guess that cat was unable to find the equation, but the equation I found wrong, IF = (1 / 3) (KQ ^ 2 / a ^ 2).

UR assumed that the kernel obtained when the charge is moving, while it does not move too .......

Force between the core and title:
f = (kQ1Q2) / d ^ 2
KQ = Q * / (a SQRT2 ()) ^ 2 neglecting the maintenance of VE-Q, the estimated magnitude.
f = (1 / 2) kn ^ 2 / a ^ 2, where did u get 1 / 3?

On measures ... And the return. opposite charges attract
